Animal/Fish feed ring die pellet mill

1. USAGE AND SCOPE

MODEL HKJ series ring die pellet mill is used to proceed some feed for poultry and fish etc, wood pellet,straw pellet etc,also used to produce some reunite the fertilizer. It is suit for a factory with an output from 5000 tons to 50000 tons or more output, also suit to proceed feed for a farm.

 

2. FUNCTION CHARACTERISTIC

A.It adopts double engines drive by power and v type belt to deliver motion, smooth rotation, noise low, drive force huge, reasonable structure and elegant appearance

B.It adopts lengthened quality adjustor, can produce various feed, such as fish feed.

C.Feeding machine adopts variable frequency flexible rotation engine to drive, the amount of feed source can be affected by the degree of the burden.

D.The intake inlet is safe magnetic material and prevent some dust in which is not cleaned. the bolt at the end can relieve the burden.

E.These bolts are available such as those with the diameter φ2.5, φ3, φ 4, φ5, φ6, φ8(mm).it is flexible to users.
